Following a recent strategic assessment, Bank and Clients Plc confirms that it has sold its mortgage portfolio to Tandem Bank Limited.

Tandem and B&C have now written to all impacted mortgage borrowers with new contact details. Borrowers will be able to contact their same dedicated Mortgage Servicing Team. All queries can be made by e-mail at mortgagesupport@tandem.co.uk or by phone 029 2009 8211.

There are no changes to the terms and conditions of your mortgage.

The good news is you don’t need to do anything. We’ll automatically transfer your Direct Debit and Tandem Bank will collect the same amount as usual, on the same day as usual.

We wrote to you on 3rd February with the new bank account details to use from the 22nd February. Contact Tandem Bank on 029 2009 8211 or at mortgagesupport@tandem.co.uk to obtain the new bank account details.

Your linked deposit account will transfer to Tandem Bank on 8th March. If you service your loan from this account, payments will continue between 22nd February and 8th March automatically. If you use this account to collect rental income, you will need to let your tenants know. Tandem Bank will supply you with deposit account details prior to 8th March.
